GSA (General Services Administration) car auctions are one of the oldest and most reputable auto auctions held in the United States. The GSA sells off thousands of vehicles every year for prices that are much lower than actual market values. The GSA acts as a leasing agency to a number of government agencies. It purchases vehicles, leases them out to government agencies for a period of three to five years, and auctions off the vehicles once their lease expires. Each year, the GSA sells of more than twenty to twenty five thousand vehicles at auctions that are open to the general public.
